About the Bookkeeper.
Can it pay my bills?
No. Paying is set to Never and cannot be switched on. The Bookkeeper reads payments in Stripe; it cannot move money.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. It does the collecting and matching so your accountant gets a complete, tidy folder. Your accountant still does your books and taxes.
What if my payments are not in Stripe?
At launch it matches against Stripe. Bank connections and Greek myDATA are coming; until then it still collects, names and files every receipt.
Where are my files kept?
In your own Google Drive, in the folder you choose. If you stop using Omni Agent, the files stay where they are.
Can my accountant get access?
Yes. Share the Drive folder with them, or let the Bookkeeper send the monthly folder link after your OK.
