The EU AI Act transparency rules have applied since 2 August 2026. Most small businesses have not checked their chatbot or their AI images. Every client on your Agency plan gets the AI Act Officer, with a dated report each month, at no extra cost to you.

You pay Omni Agent €249 a month for up to 25 client workspaces and 15,000 tasks shared between them. Each extra client is €8 a month. You set your own price and invoice your clients yourself.

Do my clients know it is Omni Agent?
Not unless you tell them. The app, emails and messages show your brand. Our name appears only in the legal footer of the app and in the terms your clients accept, as the service provider.
Who pays for the AI?
You do, inside your plan. The Agency plan includes 15,000 tasks a month shared across all clients. If you go over, you can switch on extra tasks at €5 per 500, or the bots pause and tell you.
Can my clients pay Omni Agent directly?
No. On the Agency plan we bill you and you bill your clients, at your own price. If a client wants their own account, they can sign up for a normal plan.
What happens if I leave?
You can move each client to their own Omni Agent plan, with their bots and history, or export their data and close the workspace. Nothing is deleted without warning.
Is the EU Compliance Team really included for every client?
Yes. Every client workspace on the Agency plan gets the AI Act Officer, and each new officer as it launches.
Do you offer training or sales material?
Yes. Partners get a short onboarding call, white-label one-pagers about each bot and the AI Act, and a shared channel with our team in Greece.
