Who we are

Omni Agent is run by Linkos, Athens, Greece ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you create an account or use omniagentapp.co. By signing up you accept them on behalf of your business.

Omni Agent is for businesses and professionals, not for personal or household use. You must be 18 or older and allowed to act for the business you sign up.

The service

Omni Agent gives your business AI bots. Each bot has a job, works with the tools you connect, and follows the limits you set. We may improve, change or retire features. If we remove something you pay for, we'll tell you at least 30 days before and you can cancel.

Your account

• Keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what people you invite do.
• Give us correct details, especially your billing details and VAT ID.
• Tell us straight away at contact@omniagentapp.co if you think someone else has used your account.

Your bots and your approvals

Every bot works within the limits you set: for each kind of action, Alone, Ask me or Never. Sending, paying and deleting are set to "Ask me" or "Never" until you change them.

• You are responsible for what you approve, and for what you let a bot do alone. Check drafts before you approve them.
• AI can make mistakes. A bot may misread an email or a receipt. Don't rely on a bot alone for decisions about money, health, legal matters or people's jobs.
• Make sure you are allowed to connect each tool and to let a bot handle the data in it, including data about your customers.
• Every action is logged with the time, the bot and who approved it. You can see the log in your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use Omni Agent to:

• send spam, or contact people who haven't agreed to hear from you where the law requires it;
• mislead people, including pretending a bot is a person when asked;
• break the law, infringe someone's rights, or handle data you're not allowed to;
• make decisions about people that need human judgment under the law, without a person reviewing them;
• attack, overload or try to get around the limits of the service.

If you do, we may pause the bots involved or your account. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Plans, billing and trials

• Prices exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID outside Greece are billed under reverse charge; Greek businesses pay 24% VAT.
• You pay in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe. Yearly plans cost 10 months and cover 12.
• Team and Business start with a 14-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, the plan starts and your card is charged.
• The EU Compliance Team costs €19 a month on the Team plan and is included in Business and Agency.
• If a payment fails, we'll email you and try again. After 7 days your account moves to the Free plan and bots beyond the first are paused, until you pay.
• We may change prices. You'll get at least 30 days' notice by email, and the new price applies from your next billing period after that.

Tasks and extra tasks

A task is one job a bot finishes: one email handled, one receipt matched, one lead found, one website check, one brief sent. Reading and sorting don't count. A draft counts once, when it's sent or approved.

When you reach your monthly tasks, bots pause and tell you. If you switch on extra tasks, they keep working and we charge €5 for each 500 extra tasks, on your next invoice. Unused tasks don't carry over.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time in Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. We don't refund part-periods, except where the law requires it or where we've ended the service ourselves.

Agencies and reselling

• On the Agency plan you may set up workspaces for your clients, put your brand on them, and charge your clients your own price.
• You're our customer; your clients are yours. You're responsible for your agreements with them, for their use of their workspaces, and for having their permission to connect their tools.
• Your clients' data stays in their own workspace. We don't contact your clients, except when the law or a security issue requires it.
• If your Agency plan ends, you can move each client to their own Omni Agent account or export their data within 30 days.

The EU Compliance Team is not legal advice

The compliance officers check, fix what they can and keep dated proof. They are not lawyers, and their reports are not legal advice. Whether your business meets a law depends on facts we can't see. For your specific situation, ask a lawyer. You remain responsible for your business's compliance.

Your data

• Your data is yours. You give us the rights we need to run the service for you, and nothing more.
• For personal data your bots handle for you, you are the controller and we are your processor. We process it only on your instructions, keep it confidential and secure, use sub-processors listed in the privacy policy, help you with requests from the people concerned, tell you without undue delay about a breach that affects it, and delete it when you close your account. A separate data processing agreement can be signed on request.
• Your data is not used to train AI models.
• You can export your data any time. After you close your account we delete it within 30 days, except what the law makes us keep, such as invoices.

Availability

We work to keep Omni Agent running all the time, but we can't promise it will never stop. Planned maintenance is announced on the status page. Tools you connect, AI model providers and WhatsApp can have their own outages; when they do, bots wait and retry.

Liability

We're responsible for providing the service with reasonable care. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business, or for what follows from actions you approved or allowed a bot to do alone.

Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account any time. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms or don't pay. Before your data is deleted you'll have 30 days to export it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes go to the courts of Athens, Greece. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the mandatory law of the country where your business is based.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account holders at least 30 days before. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
