Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Omni Agent (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Omni Agent provides:

  • Omni Growth — AI-powered website analysis, competitor research, SEO insights, content ideas, and growth planning
  • Custom Agents — Agent deployment and automation (subject to separate agreement)

The Service is provided by OmniStack (“we”, “us”, “our”).

3. Account and Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Upload or analyze content that infringes third-party rights, is defamatory, or harmful
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
  • Share your account or credentials with others
  • Use the Service to generate spam or malicious content

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

5. Plans and Billing

Free plan: 5 AI Growth runs per month using our tokens. Additional runs require your own API key.

Pro plan: 200 AI Growth runs per month. Billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Prices are in EUR. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. API Keys

If you provide your own API key (e.g. OpenAI), we store it encrypted and use it only for your runs. You are responsible for your key's usage and costs. We do not share your key with third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content and data. We retain ownership of the Service, including software, design, and branding. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content. Use outputs at your own discretion. We are not liable for decisions made based on Service output.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
