Getting started
What is Omni Agent?
A team of AI bots for your business. Each bot has one job, like handling your inbox or matching receipts, works on a schedule, and asks you before anything important.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs on our servers. You sign up, pick a bot and connect your tools in the browser.
Which tools can the bots use?
Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Stripe, WhatsApp and your website. Shopify, WordPress and myDATA are coming.
Does it speak my language?
Yes. Bots write and answer in your customers' language: Greek, English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and more. The app itself is in English for now.
Bots and limits
Will a bot do something without asking?
Only what you allow. Every kind of action is set to Alone, Ask me or Never. By default bots read and draft alone, and ask before sending, paying or deleting.
How do I approve what a bot wants to do?
On the web, in the phone app or on WhatsApp. Each request comes with one-tap buttons like Send, Edit or I'll answer.
Can I make my own bot?
Yes, on Team and up. Describe the job in a sentence and Omni Agent sets up the bot, its schedule and its limits. You can change any of it later.
Can I see what a bot did?
Yes. Every action is logged with the time and the bot that did it, so you can check anything after the fact.
Pricing and billing
What counts as a task?
One job a bot finishes: one email handled, one receipt matched, one lead found, one website check, one brief sent. Reading and sorting don't count, and a draft counts once, when it's sent or approved.
What happens when I reach my task limit?
Your bots pause and tell you. If you switch on extra tasks, they keep going at €5 per 500 tasks. Nothing extra is charged unless you switch it on.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free for good: 1 bot and 50 tasks a month, no card. Team and Business come with a 14-day free trial.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged; Greek businesses pay 24% VAT.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account and your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. Yearly plans cost 10 months for 12.
Data and security
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your emails, files and customer data are not used to train AI models.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the EU (Finland). The full list of sub-processors is in our privacy policy.
Can I take my data with me or delete it?
Yes. You can export your data and delete your account at any time from your settings.
EU compliance
What does the AI Act Officer do?
It checks that your website chatbot tells people it's an AI, that AI images carry a label, and keeps your AI-use page up to date. It re-checks every month and keeps dated proof.
Is this legal advice?
No. Omni Agent checks and fixes what it can and keeps dated proof. It is not legal advice, and for anything high-stakes you should talk to a lawyer.
How do I get the EU Compliance Team?
It's included in Business and Agency, and costs €19 a month on top of Team. The AI Act check is free for everyone.
Agencies
Can I resell Omni Agent to my clients?
Yes, on the Agency plan. You put your logo, colours and domain on it, set your own price, and we bill you, not your clients.
How many clients can I manage?
Up to 25 client workspaces for €249 a month, sharing 15,000 tasks. Each extra client is €8 a month.
