VAT
Prices exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID outside Greece pay no VAT (reverse charge). Greek businesses pay 24% VAT. Other customers pay the VAT of their country.
Paying
Pay by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Your invoices are in your account and arrive by email, with your company details and VAT ID.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in your account. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. Your bots and data stay unless you delete them.

What counts as a task?
One job a bot finishes: one email handled, one receipt matched, one lead found, one website check, one brief sent. Reading and sorting are free. A draft counts once, when it is sent or approved.
What happens when I run out of tasks?
At 80% we tell you. At 100% your bots pause and tell you, so you never get a surprise bill. If you prefer, switch on extra tasks at €5 per 500 with a monthly maximum.
Is the AI included in the price?
Yes. The AI each bot uses is included in your tasks. There is no separate AI bill and no API key to set up.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. One bot and 50 tasks a month, for as long as you like, with no card. Upgrade when you need more.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Before the trial ends we email you. Add a card to stay on Team or Business, or do nothing and your account moves to Free with one bot.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades start right away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades start at your next billing date.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12. Team is €290 a year, Business €790 and Agency €2,490, excluding VAT.
