  • Password (hashed)
  • Full name
  • Company/business name and website URL (when you add your company)

Usage information

  • Runs you execute (URLs analyzed, timestamps)
  • Feature usage and preferences
  • Logs (IP address, browser, device) for security and troubleshooting

Payment information

Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We store Stripe Customer ID and subscription status.

API keys

If you provide your own API key (e.g. OpenAI), we store it encrypted. We use it only to process your runs. We do not share it with third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the Service
  • Process runs and deliver results
  • Send transactional emails (verification, billing, security)
  • Enforce our Terms and prevent abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure
  • Run history: Retained as long as your account is active; you may request deletion
  • Logs: Retained for security and troubleshooting (typically 90 days)

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: Stripe (billing), email delivery, hosting. They process data on our behalf under contracts.
  • AI providers: When you use our tokens, we send content to OpenAI (or similar) to process runs. See their privacy policies for how they handle data.
  • Legal: When required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not share your information for marketing by third parties.

6. Security

We use encryption for sensitive data (passwords, API keys). We follow industry practices for access control and secure storage. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data
  • Export your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
